07.05.10 I have just finished working on the new Marvel comic, Invisible Woman! It will be published digitally under "Women of Mavel" series and later will be collected as a graphic noble by the end of this year. Stay tune for more info to come!

09.11.10 - 09.12.10 I'll be attending SPX in Bethesda, MD with my lovely comic artist ladies from Brooklyn, Vanessa Satone, Risa Cho, and Melissa DeJesus. We'll be getting a table and trying to make new comics together for this convention. I've been to SPX many times and I've always loved it. It will be my first time getting a table so I'm evern more excited this time. I'll post up more info as I find out.

08.11.09 My water color "Narcisa" will be showing at Don Pedro's if you haven't had a chance to see it at 'the Love show'. Several pieces from 'the Love show' and other art work will be hanging on the wall as part of the gig with the local bands: Fancy Colors, Organs, Your Vegas, and Chappo. The show starts at 9. 05.03.09 Art show at Eclips Salon and Day Spa in McLean, VA. My paintings was showcased with the wine tasting provided by Au Domaine. I had lots of fun talking to local people about art and wines. Some of my friends from New york and New jersey came down to VA for my show. We had really amazing food and some sight seeing in D.C.- I just love spring time in D.C.! It was over all a very pleasant weekend with friends and family. Plus I sold some paintings at the show! :)

03.31.09 10 new paintings.

12.05.08 I've been working on the set design at the Ohio Theater in New York for the past month. The show is called Dance Dance Revolution and I've been very lucky to work with fantastic people on this interesting and creative project. Check out the article on this show on The Village Voice. 11.01.08 ~ 11.02.08 Alternative Press Expo in San Francisco, CA. I had lots of fun hanging out with my usual comic crew Risa, Becky, Vanessa, Eve and also my old friends who used to live in New York but have relocated in San Francisco. The weather wasn't really cooperative, it rained A LOT during the convention. But we had fun after the convention waking around and eating good food and wine. I fell in love with San Francisco, I am definitely coming back to this city again.

10.04.08 ~ 10.05.08 Small Press Expo 2008 in Bethesda, MD. It was a nice weekend getaway with Risa, Becky and Vanessa. It was a small but cozy convention. There were a lot of familiar faces from past conventions. The food situation was pretty grim because there was nothing around the hotel except Mcdonald and Chili's, but we made up for it by watching food network all night. I met my college friend Corinne, her comics always make me smile and it was very inspiring to see her pursuing comics so consistently.

06.07.08 ~ 06.08.08 MoCCA 2008 at the Puck Building in lower Manhattan. It was fun and inspiring as always. I walked around until my feet hurt and hung out at Becky, Vanessa and Eve's table. I printed two sets of postcards and small copies of short comics. It was less crowded than last year, but the diversity of people has grown. It was exciting to see many artist from Europe and Asia and I picked up some really awesome comics and art books. I love going to events like this that are filled with fellow emerging artists, I get so much energy just being near them. Next year, I will be part of them as for I will be sharing tables with Becky, Vanessa, Risa, Melissa and Vasilis!

04.18.08 ~ 04.20.08 New York Comic Con at the Javits Center in New York. It was my first NYCC. I met some great new people and had a good time hanging out with some of my old comic book friends. It was amazing to see people who are also interested in what I am interested in (it was great to see you, Alberto!) and I was also very excited to see some korean comics that I grew up with got published in the states. Check them out at Net Comics. I will be definitely going back to NYCC next year!
